Description:

In this course you will engage in complete cycles of spirit production, from selecting base ingredients through to final distillation and packaging of the spirit product. Using batch distilling techniques, students will produce and flavour quintessential white spirits, including Vodka, Eau de Vie, Gin, Grappa, as well as liqueurs.
