Product development requires a combination of a variety of technical and creative skills to take a project from ideation stage through to full-scale production and commercialization. This capstone course will require students to integrate the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the Distillation Program and apply them to a comprehensive product development project. In this course, students will develop and produce a unique spirit recipe formulation and present a full marketing analysis and business plan directed towards a specific target market.
