Description:

In this course you will develop the skills necessary to develop and manage advanced sensory analysis within a distillery setting. You will understand the physical and environmental needs of a sensory facility, equipment and supply needs, safety requirements and how to acquire reference and training samples. You will learn how to perform appropriate tests to analyze, trouble shoot and correct potential spirit defects.
