In this course you will evaluate the various types and styles of small business ownership considering cost, image, tax structure and legal issues. An understanding of procurement and inventory control systems will be gained as they relate specifically to distillation operations. You will learn the various legal, licensing and regulatory issues that impact the site selection and construction of distilleries. An overview of the Human resources regulations related to selection, training and management will also be discussed in detail.
