Description:

In this course you will learn the legal and regulatory structures that govern the distillation industry in Canada. You will analyze the legal regulations associated with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) and municipal, provincial and federal laws and how they govern the production, sale and merchandising of spirits. You will also learn the specific guidelines that rule export licensing, labelling and standards, and tax laws related to the spirit industry.
