In this course, you will explore the history of philosophy as it pertains to ethics and will learn the foundations for ethical decision making in dental hygiene. You will examine ethical principles and values, codes of ethics, ethical dilemmas and jurisprudence as it relates to ethical concepts. The process of ethical decision making in dental hygiene will be examined as a foundation for ethical practice.
