Description:

You will apply the behavioural, biological and oral health sciences, as reflected in the Standards of Practice, to dental hygiene practice decisions, with an emphasis on implementation and evaluation. You will adapt dental hygiene treatment interventions based on the interpretation of more complex health histories. You will learn advanced instrumentation, communication and behaviour modification skills to aid clients in achieving optimal oral health.
