There is no better place in Canada than Niagara to explore the exciting world of food and wine. Terroir, viticulture and wine makers all play an integral role in the production of wine and the diversity of wine styles globally. Through tutored tasting you will learn how to evaluate wine, develop tasting notes and compare and contrast varietal flavour profiles in the context of old versus new world wines. In conjunction with wine education, you will sample foods and taste wines from a variety of sectors in the wine making world to discover the dynamic relationship between food and wine.
