Description:

Product developers require a strong culinary mindset, along with a technical knowledge to take a recipe and turn it into a food product ready for commercialization and scaled up manufacturing. Product developers need to interface creative skill sets, with food safety principles, technological mindset, and strong documentation of processes and formulations. In this course you will work on product development case studies that transition skills from culinary to food technology and take a recipe out to manufacturing. You will develop your communications and documentation skills to be able to pass on instructions accurately and persuade people and organizations about your concepts of food innovation.
