You will demonstrate an ability to select appropriate food packaging materials for various commodity products. You will expand your capabilities in food product label design. You will integrate your knowledge of process, ingredients and packaging technologies to extend shelf life, and develop your skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis for food quality
