Culinary Techniques and Garde Manger is your introduction to the 'pantry' or short order cooking station in today's food service industry. Learning the fundamentals and techniques used in the preparation and plating of a variety of food products. Through the reinforcement of related kitchen food safety and sanitation skills you will develop your culinary foundation. This course has specific protocols relating to missed classes.
