A la carte cookery is a style of cooking often practiced in restaurants where customers choose from a variety of options on a menu. In this course, you will practice the foundational cooking skills that you have learned and apply them to produce individual dishes. Emphasis will be given to timing and meeting deadlines. In addition, you will be introduced to identifying and fabricating various proteins to make in a simulated a la carte environment.
