Strong culinary skills and techniques are the foundation that cooks and chefs build their profession on. In this series of hands-on kitchen labs we will establish and build on the baseline of your cooking experience and knowledge using a variety of heating and cooking methods. Learning and practicing fundamental cooking and organizational skills that emulate the food service industry will construct the foundation for a successful culinary career.
