This course will provide you with an introduction to food principles and bake principles. You will identify different food ingredients that will be used in the food industry from different perspectives. You will examine history of different foods, their composition and growing regions. You will recognize different cooking methodologies, which will support you in practical cooking labs. You will be introduced to the production methodologies which will support you in practical labs.
