You will be introduced to both traditional and Agile project management techniques, with a focus on applications in computer engineering. You will integrate various tools, including MS Project. Specific topics include the sociocultural and technical dimensions of project management required to propose, plan, secure resources, budget and lead project teams to successful completion of projects.
