You will be introduced to both traditional and Agile project management techniques with a focus on computer engineering applications. You will integrate various tools, including MS Project. Specific topics include the sociocultural and technical dimensions of project management required to propose, plan, secure resources, budget and lead project teams to successful completion of projects.
