Description:

In this course you will learn the fundamentals of project management to assist your professional career by learning how to deliver quality services to your customers and employer. It will introduce project management from the standpoint of a manager who must organize, plan, implement, and control tasks to achieve an organization's schedule, budget, and performance objectives. This course will develop a foundation of core concepts, knowledge, skills and performance measurement activities required for successful completion of a project from start to deployment. Topics include waterfall/agile theories, methods, applications, and case studies behind the project life cycles even when change is introduced late; agile tools and techniques for minimizing risk throughout a time-limited project; and evidence-based best practices of agile product development.
