In this course, you will complete the construction design proposal started in Construction Technical Report I and present a finalized design for the chosen project scenario. You will continue collaborating with your construction design team, with specific emphasis on producing the finalized construction plan, industry-standard architectural drawings, a detailed cost analysis of the project, and a project management plan. In addition, you and your group members will defend and publicly present your final design (via oral presentation and a static display) to an audience that includes laypeople, clients, college faculty, and industry experts.
