Description:

The student will be involved in the development of a project plan including all elements typical within the industry. The many variables associated with a renovation project will be discussed and strategies to manage these variables will be developed. The topics to be covered include labour materials, fees, licensing, financial, weather, sub-contracting and insurance/liabilities.
