You will develop estimates using the Elemental Cost Analysis methodology. You will establish unit prices for formwork and excavation, as well as the owning and operating costs of excavation equipment. You will perform a complete quantity take-off of a commercial project. You will use the productivity and crew tables to calculate labour costs and the total project duration. A full bid package will be prepared in a group setting and submitted under 'tender closing' conditions.
