In this course, you will investigate the managerial aspects of a construction project after a contract has been awarded. You will review legal documents associated with a construction project. You will create project schedules, including resources, staffing, and procurements, using project management software. Scheduling methods for large-scale, repetitive projects will be addressed. You will also consider issues related to design, purchasing, cost control, billing, and other factors affecting project profitability.
