Description:

You will learn about the theory and process involved in the design and drawing preparation for a variety of municipal infrastructure projects. You will develop skills in the analysis of hydraulic loading on sanitary sewers as well as prepare plan and profile drawings using Civil 3D software. You will become familiar with the performance properties of rigid and flexible piping materials and determine the structural requirements of both. Provincial and local standards will be adhered to for the completion of all design and drawing assignments.
