In this course, you will learn about industrial electrical control technology, starting with the fundamentals of electrical circuits. You will learn to use multi-meters and basic electrical lab equipment. You will set up, program and operate Allen-Bradley CompactLogix programmable logic controllers (PLCs) using Rockwell RSLogix 5000 Software. You will control motors and actuators in simulated industrial applications.
