Description:

Upon completion of this course the student will be able to use AutoDesk's INVENTOR 2019 to produce viable 3D solid model parts and sub-assemblies. This model will be created using the principles of parametric design. From the model, orthographic detail and rendered exploded-assembly drawings will be created. Students will output stereolithography files from a part model database and use rapid prototyping technology to produce a 3D plastic prototype of the CAD model.

    • CAPT1278 - Computer Aided Drafting AND
    • DRFT1136 - Engineering Drawings
