You will learn foundational concepts such as QA theory and controlled documentation alongside practical skills in technical writing, complaint handling, product recall procedures, auditing, and deviation management. Additionally, the course will cover relevant international quality standards and analytical testing requirements. You will write a Quality Manual, develop Deviation Reports, and formulate Change Control and Corrective and Preventative Action Plans.
