This course focuses on the nurse's role in the community, primary care, home care, and public health settings, using population health and primary health care frameworks. It addresses the principles of primary health care, home care, and community assessment and development, program planning, and other strategies, all from a primary care and population health perspective, with particular emphasis on populations and the social, political, and economic determinants of health.
