In this course, the learner will examine the holistic approach to nursing practice, using a variety of learning approaches. It introduces the learner to critical thinking and problem solving skills via the nursing process. The learner will explore the care of individuals and families experiencing and/or predisposed to chronic health challenges requiring rehabilitative and restorative care, as well as mental health issues across a range of life situations.
