This course will provide students the knowledge to understand the beer industry today; the various trade organizations and governmental bodies that have a daily influence on the production, regulation and distribution of beer. This will include presentations by the Ontario Craft Brewers, Master Brewers Association of Canada, American Society of Brewing Chemists, AGCO, LCBO, Excise Department.
