In this course, you will further develop your beer sensory skills. You will develop a deeper understanding of beer flavour and beer terminology and be provided with appropriate samples to not only identify sensory attributes but to also measure the intensities of those attributes in various world beer styles. You will also gain an understanding of how recipes are developed for various beer styles.
