Description:

In this course, you will continue to apply the business and human resources knowledge and skills developed throughout the entire degree program to work in consulting groups, conducting HR research for client companies. You will be expected to analyze the client's needs, drawing on your knowledge of the organization, its operations, and business plan, as well as relevant and current theory and research. You will then present your solutions and argue in favour of the recommended option. You will also be required to critique proposals from competing groups based on their thoroughness, research quality, and connection to the overall business plan.
