In this course, you will apply the business and human resources knowledge and skills developed throughout the entire degree program to work in consulting groups to conduct HR research for client companies. You will be expected to analyze the client's needs, drawing on your knowledge of the organization and its operations as well as analyze relevant and current theory and research, present your solutions, and argue in favour of the recommended option.
