In this course you will build upon what you have learned from your previous coursework within the business degree program. As this is a capstone course, you will explore the relationships and interdependencies that exist with respect to operations management, marketing, accounting, finance, market research, human resource management and other disciplines in the context of and for strategic management. You will develop skill sets to prepare you in recognizing, designing and managing competitive strategies for small, medium and large sized business enterprises.
