Description:

This is an interactive, hands-on laboratory course which provides you the opportunity to explore and investigate concepts of anatomy and physiology of the body systems discussed in BIOL1262. You will perform controlled scientific investigations to experimentally illustrate theoretical concepts of anatomical structures and physiological processes. Your participation is required in formal and self-directed laboratory activities to further develop your skills in problem solving, data analysis and critical thinking. Emphasis is placed on formal and simulated dissections, microscopy and preparing comprehensive lab reports.
