In this course, you will critically examine the practice of International Human Resources Management (IHRM) in an international context and position HR as a strategic enabler of organizational goals within international businesses. You will contrast HR practices from a functional perspective, including recruitment and selection, organizational training and development (pre-departure and repatriation programs), compensation and benefits, performance management, and labour and employee relations.
