In this course, you will explore the discipline and practice of Organizational Development (OD), including the strategies, structures and processes that promote organizational effectiveness. Using foundational knowledge of OD, including theoretical and historical understandings, you will plan and implement organizational interventions to create interpersonal, group, intergroup, or organization-wide change. You will examine the dynamics of change leadership and develop strategies to overcome resistance to change within organizations.
