You are exposed to topics such as the Canada/Quebec Pension Plan, Workers' Compensation, and government health plans. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of (statutorily) required benefits and of employer benefits which are not normally contractually necessary, but which are often parts of the overall compensation management system.
