Human Resources professionals have significant influence within organizations in their role as champions of professionalism and ethical conduct. In this course, you will explore the theoretical foundations of ethics and professionalism as it relates to human resources. You will examine the role you will play as a HR professional and your responsibility to be a champion of professional and ethical conduct and behaviours throughout your organizations. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to be a steward of corporate citizenship by utilizing strategies that promote appropriate behaviours and performance.
