In this course, you will team up with an industry partner or utilize real-life case studies to prepare a capstone research/thesis project to solve a specific problem or set of problems in the beer, spirits, or wine business. Through primary and secondary research, you will acquire knowledge about the problem and possible solutions and assemble your research findings in a professional document containing valid results and recommendations. An oral presentation of your key findings will be part of this major project.
