Knowing who your customers are, where they are located, how best to reach them, and how to maximize their long-term value is essential for success in the beverage alcohol business. Students will learn key marketing concepts and processes, such as the Competitive Set, Demand Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and perform data mining using data analysis software to gain valuable insights. By identifying emerging trends and measuring sales and marketing performance, students will learn how to develop new strategies to enhance brand positioning and reputation.
