In this course you will learn sales management and promotional marketing techniques for the beverage alcohol industry. You will learn about the various sales and distribution channels available in the local and broader domestic market and how best to infiltrate and have success within each. Although not a core outcome in this course, the export market will also be examined for select products. In the end, you will be able to develop strategies to create a robust sales and marketing plan, set up and run a sales team including requirements for staffing, management and oversight.
