In this course you will explore many of the issues and complexities of the beverage alcohol business. You will be provided with an overview of business structures in the beverage alcohol industry, including the regulatory, legal and procedural environment in which the industry operates, including but not limited to, the acts and regulations which govern business operations, workplace safety, export licensing, labelling and standards and tax laws.
