Working in a barbershop requires each staff member to belong to and work as a team player in the shop. Along with your knowledge of the barbering craft, you are required to practice and perfect your people skills. In this course, the students will demonstrate the abilities to perform daily customer services, learn the sales/retail of products, and develop their personal and professional standards.
