Description:

This course will build upon techniques previously learned. You will produce a variety baked goods to a higher degree of refinement and presentation. The mark of an excellent Pastry Chef is their ability to produce extremely decorative items with great skill, in this course you will be given the opportunity to refine and hone your own abilities. This course has specific protocols relating to missed classes. Please refer to the Program Manual and Teaching and Learning Plan for full details.
