The ability to produce a wide range of baked goods is dependent on a good solid foundation of knowledge. This course will introduce you to the essential skills needed to become successful in the baking industry. You will be introduced to methodology that will enable you to produce various products within the baking world. This course has specific protocols relating to missed classes.
