Description:

This course will focus on basic production principles to help you become familiar with the environment in a production bakery. You will learn how to properly use the equipment necessary to produce a wide variety of baked goods, including cookies, quick breads, fermented products and pies. This is an introductory course that will enhance your knowledge and help you progress to more advanced topics. This course has specific protocols relating to missed classes. Please refer to the Program Manual and Teaching and Learning Plan for complete details.
