Description:

Research and Evaluation Methods II further advances knowledge of your selected research topic. Specifically, the course encourages critical thinking and requires you to apply skills and knowledge necessary to conduct a research study for a hospitality enterprise. Beginning where Research Methods I left off, the course first focuses on descriptive statistics and then proceeds to hypothesis testing, with an emphasis on bivariate analysis. You will work in pairs or by yourself to refine research proposals, refine your research instrument, and conduct a research study.
