Description:

In this course you will build upon what you have learned from your previous coursework within the BBAH degree program. As this is a capstone course, you will explore the relationships and interdependencies that exist with respect to operations management, marketing, accounting, finance, market research, and other disciplines in the context of and for integrated hospitality enterprises (IHE). You will develop skill sets to prepare you in recognizing, designing, and managing competitive strategies for IHEs.
