Description:

In this course, you will integrate the knowledge and insights developed in previous hospitality profit centre courses (food service, attraction, accommodation, and event management). In addition, you will research and develop a new hospitality business venture. Topics will include presentation of a business concept, markets to be served, merchandising, product development/enhancement, strategic partnerships, and innovative facility concepts. You will determine the logistical feasibility for a new venture, including raising and leveraging capital, and financing.
