Hospitality attractions require the synergy of management roles to be successful. In this course you will examine the processes and systems required to operate diverse attractions from the stand alone operation to the larger integrated attraction using Canadian and international examples. You will examine the role of an attraction in generating demand for destination. You will investigate and work with the appropriate design, planning, and management dimensions that contribute to a sustainable operation.
