In this course, you will learn current and relevant pricing and cost control strategies for food and beverage operations. In particular, this course will focus on technical control systems, pricing theory, best practices, cost behavior as well as food and beverage control analysis. Additionally, an examination of various reporting practices and procedures with respect to effective and efficient management of food and beverage operations will be undertaken.
